CLIENT BOOKING AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

By submitting a deposit, making a payment, signing an invoice, approving a travel quote, or otherwise authorizing Travel By Lancie LLC to book travel services on your behalf, you (“Client” or “Traveler”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

 

Agreement to these Terms is required to complete any booking with Travel By Lancie LLC.

 

1. AGENCY ROLE & SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

 

Travel By Lancie LLC (“TBL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) acts solely as an independent travel booking agent for third‑party suppliers, including but not limited to:

 

* Airlines

* Hotels & Resorts

* Cruise Lines

* Tour Operators

* Transportation Providers

* Excursion Vendors

 

All suppliers are independent contractors and are not owned, managed, or controlled by Travel By Lancie LLC.

We do not provide travel services directly.

By booking through us, you agree to each supplier’s individual terms, including payment policies, cancellation penalties, and refund rules.

Travel By Lancie LLC is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, delays, or service failures caused by suppliers.

 

 2. USE OF SERVICES & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that:

* You are at least 18 years of age

* You have legal authority to enter this Agreement

* You are financially responsible for all bookings made

* All information provided is accurate

Fraudulent or speculative bookings are prohibited.

You are responsible for all travelers on your reservation.

 

3. PRICING, AVAILABILITY & ERROR CORRECTIONS

All pricing is subject to change until deposit or full payment is received.

Travel By Lancie LLC reserves the right to:

* Correct pricing errors

* Adjust supplier price increases

* Withdraw promotions

Travel is not confirmed until supplier confirmation is received.

 

4. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS

By submitting payment, you authorize Travel By Lancie LLC to charge your payment method for agreed services.

You agree:

* Deposits may be non‑refundable

* Full payment is required before travel

* Missed payments may result in cancellation

Supplier penalties will apply.

 

5. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Penalties may include:

* Loss of deposit

* Supplier cancellation fees

* Full forfeiture of funds

Booking changes may result in additional costs and service fees.

Unused travel components are non‑refundable.

6. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By booking, you agree not to file chargebacks to circumvent policies.

Improper disputes make you liable for:

* Recovery costs

* Legal fees

* Collection expenses

 

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION

Clients are responsible for obtaining proper documentation, including:

* Passports

* Visas

* Identification

* Entry permits

Name accuracy is the client’s responsibility.

Denied boarding due to documentation issues is non‑refundable.

8. HEALTH & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Clients are responsible for vaccinations, medical requirements, and health documentation.

We do not guarantee destination entry approval.

9. TRAVEL RISKS & SAFETY

Travel involves risks including illness, injury, delays, and political or weather disruptions.

By traveling, you assume these risks.

 

10. AIR TRAVEL TERMS

Airlines operate under their own contracts.

Travel By Lancie LLC is not responsible for:

* Flight delays or cancellations

* Schedule changes

* Seat assignments

* Baggage issues

Refunds must come directly from airlines.

 

11. GROUP & HOSTED TRAVEL

For group or hosted trips:

* Itineraries may change

* Minimum counts may apply

* Pricing may adjust

Host participation is not guaranteed.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including:

* Natural disasters

* Pandemics

* Government actions

* Weather events

* Supplier bankruptcy

Refunds are subject to supplier policies.

13. CLIENT CONDUCT

Travelers must behave responsibly.

We reserve the right to remove travelers for misconduct without refund.

Clients are responsible for damages caused.

14. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included.

Travel By Lancie LLC:

* Does not sell insurance directly

* Is not a licensed insurance agent

* Cannot guarantee claims

Declining insurance means you accept full financial risk.

15. WEBSITE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding and content, including logos, itineraries, and marketing materials, are property of Travel By Lancie LLC.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Travel By Lancie LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Recovery is limited to fees paid directly to the agency.

 

17. PRIVACY

Client information is used solely for travel booking purposes and protected under applicable privacy laws.

 

18. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

All disputes must be filed in Texas courts within 12 months of trip completion.

 

 19. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

 

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the full agreement between Client and Travel By Lancie LLC.

 

 CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking travel services with Travel By Lancie LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Electronic acceptance, invoice approval, or payment submission constitutes binding agreement.
